The EOS R3 builds on the success of the EOS R series, merging features from the EOS R5 and EOS-1D X Mark III for a high-performance camera. It marks the return of the “3” series since the EOS-3 film camera in 1998. Featuring a 24.1-megapixel back-illuminated stacked CMOS sensor and DIGIC X processor, the EOS R3 enables continuous blackout-free shooting at up to 30 fps in silent mode. With a native ISO of 102400, it excels in high-sensitivity light capturing. The Dual Pixel CMOS AF II boasts 1,053 AF points, including advanced tracking for subjects like people, animals, cars, and motorcycles down to EV -7.5. Control options include Eye Control AF, Smart Controller, and a multi-function hot shoe for accessories. Connectivity options encompass wired LAN, GPS, USB, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
